Managed Services means our certified team handles your marketplace operations — listings, PPC, inventory, reports. The AI Platform is a self-serve tool where you manage your own account with AI assistance. Many brands start with managed services and later use the platform for deeper data insights.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?+
No setup fees on the AI Platform. Managed services have a one-time onboarding fee on the Brand Growth plan only. No long-term contracts — cancel or pause with 30 days notice. We earn your trust every single month.
Do managed clients really get the platform free?+
Yes. Brand Starter clients get Growth tier platform features (₹2,499/mo value). Brand Growth clients get Pro tier features (₹4,999/mo value). Includes review automation, P&L dashboards, reconciliation tools, listing manager, and more — all free.
What marketplaces does managed service cover?+
Brand Starter covers up to 2 marketplaces. Brand Growth covers all active marketplaces — Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Nykaa, Myntra, and others. International Amazon (UAE, US, UK) available on custom pricing.
What does the 14-day free trial include?+
Full Pro plan access for 14 days — no credit card required. Connect your Amazon account via SP-API OAuth, set up review automation, explore the P&L dashboard, and test all features. After 14 days, pick the plan that fits your needs.
Are the prices shown inclusive of GST?+
All Indian prices shown are exclusive of GST (18%). So ₹999/month becomes ₹1,179 with GST. International USD prices are shown without local taxes. GST invoices are issued for all Indian clients for input credit claims.
Is AI processing cost included in the pricing?+
Yes — we absorb the AI processing cost (~₹0.20/order) into our platform pricing. No per-use charges, no surprise bills. Your monthly subscription covers everything including AI compute.
How do I switch between plans?+
Upgrade or downgrade anytime from inside your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No penalties, no complicated processes.
